Every month, Momentum Business Support will donate one FREE 6-hour Business Health Check and Business Improvement Session to a Hawke's Bay charity, not-for-profit, sports club or community organisation.
Running a community organisation is hard work. You're busy helping others, often with limited volunteers, time and funding.
That's where we can help.
We'll spend a full day working alongside your committee or management team to identify what's working well, uncover opportunities to improve, and help put practical systems in place so your organisation can spend less time on administration and more time making a difference.
Because stronger organisations create stronger communities.
Your Community Momentum session includes:

✅ Practical recommendations prioritised by impact

You can either:
Nominate your own organisation
Nominate another deserving organisation
How It Works
Applications remain open all month.
At the beginning of each month we'll choose one organisation from the applications that we believe will benefit the most from the session.
We'll then arrange a mutually convenient day to deliver the Business Health Check.
Applications will roll over and may become eligible in a each month.

Ability to implement recommendations
Overall application
Preference may be given to organisations that have limited access to professional business support.
Terms & Conditions
One successful organisation selected each calendar month.
One complimentary 6-hour session per organisation within any 24-month period.
Session must be used within 3 months of being awarded.
Available to Hawke's Bay based organisations only.
Any additional work requested after the complimentary session will be quoted separately with no obligation to proceed.
Travel within Hawke's Bay is included.
The organisation agrees to provide reasonable access to key people and relevant information during the session.
Momentum Business Support reserves the right to decline applications that fall outside the purpose of the programme.
Selection is at Momentum Business Support's discretion and no correspondence will be entered into regarding unsuccessful applications.
Personal information will only be used to administer the programme and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
With permission, successful organisations may be featured on Momentum Business Support's website and social media.
